We try to find the best and cost effective shipment way for you. Due to this and the fact that we serve orders worldwide, you have different shipping ways depending on your location. The delivery of your purchased products is done in two ways as Standard and Express. Delivery times can be up to 20 business days on standard shipments, 2-5 days from the date of delivery on express delivery. We work with DHL on express delivery services.
All products are enclosed in a good package in order to avoid hits and we take care with electronic components, putting them into vacuum-packed and bubble wrapped bags, offering a good service to our customers. If stocks are available shipments of orders is done within 1-4 weeks. Products are usually delivered before the specified time if there is not any unexpected issues.
Shipping costs do not include customs duties. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
Please Note: It may not be possible to cancel your order once it is submitted. If you need to cancel an order, and that order is still in the Pending status, please call us immediately at: +31 629 180 583. We are open Monday through Friday, 9am to 6pm, CET.
If we are closed when you call, you can send an email, but due to normal variations in shipping speed, your order may have moved out of Pending by the time we get the message. If that is the case, it will not be possible to cancel your order, despite your timely notification of cancellation.

Terms of Sales & Use
Shipments are deemed to have been accepted by the buyer upon receipt of shipment. All shipping discrepancies must be reported to Netop Technology within three (3) business days of receipt of shipment. Returns includes the invoiced amount excluding taxes, duties and shipping fees buyer must contact Netop Technology in writing (via e-mail or post) within 30 days for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Requests for an RMA after 30 days will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and subject to management approval. Requests for any warranty work or product exchanges require an RMA. All product returns must comply with Netop Technology’s RMA policies. Custom products, customized products, modifications to standard products, and products altered by the customer are not eligible for return. All returns must be shipped (at buyer’s expense) to Netop Technology’s manufacter center in Turkiye as provided in the RMA policies provided by Netop Technology. There is no refund on shipping and handling charges.
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy
Product must be in its original packaging.
Product must be returned via a shipper that provides buyer with a shipment tracking number (i.e. FedEx, UPS, DHL).
A valid RMA number must accompany the return and be visible on the outside of the returned package. Returns without an RMA number will be rejected and returned at buyer’s expense.
Product being returned within the initial 30 day period for refund or credit must be complete. Failure to return all product will result in a partial refund or credit.
